Parking is a big problem! Your best bet is to park in the garage on East Market Street and walk up one block. To get to the parking garage, go past the courthouse to the end of the block which is Fourth Street and turn left. Take the next left on East Market Street. The parking garage is on the right side in the next block. You may walk north one block on Fifth Street to the courthouse.
