NOTICE: Fairfax City Courts have resumed normal operations as of June 16th, 2020, however docket times will now be SEGMENTED 2 weeks prior to your scheduled court date.

Please review website to verify your NEW scheduled court time no sooner than 2 weeks from your court date.

To adhere to Social distancing requirements mandated by the Governor of Virginia we have a very limited capacity allowed in our courtroom at one time.

Due to this limitation, we are requesting that only those parties involved in the case appear in court, and that you arrive no earlier than your scheduled hearing time.

If you arrive before your scheduled hearing time, you will NOT be allowed into the building and will be asked to wait outside of the building until that time.

**Masks ARE required to be worn within City Hall, at all times.**
