  • Civil and Criminal Term will be held the 4th Thursday of January, April, July and October. Criminal cases will be called at 9:00 a.m. and civil cases will be called at 11:00 a.m.
  • Cases are set on Term Day by praecipe.
  • Criminal Docket: every Thursday.
  • Civil Docket: 1st, 3rd and 4th Fridays.
  • 2nd Wednesday and 2nd Friday - to be determined whether civil or criminal based on need of multi-day trials.
  • Motions are scheduled through Judge's Chambers.
  • In civil jury trials, instructions must be submitted to the court and opposing counsel 5 days prior to trial.
