NO shorts, halters, tank tops, strapless dresses, bare midriffs/stomachs/backs or plunging necklines; NO clothing shall display vulgar, obscene, or offensive language; NO sleepwear, bodysuits, or miniskirts; NO short dresses that are more than 3 inches above the knee; NO exposed underwear; Trousers to be worn at the waistline; NO food, drinks or chewing gum; NO cell phones or electronic devices.

Continuance Policy

Continuances granted by Judge in General District Court. Continuances governed by Rule 8:14. Clerk may grant continuances consented to by all parties in JDR Court Rule 8:14(a).
