   Contested Civil Trials: Monday & Friday segmented 1PM, 2PM, 3PM
Garnishments: Friday 2PM; No appearance needed

CRIMINAL
   Bond Hearings: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 10AM
   Felony Preliminary Hearings: Thursday 1PM
     Contact the Commonwealth Attorney's office for continuance 
        date;
     submit agreed date to judge in writing prior to court date 
        stating the date was agreed on
     by all parties and defendant was notified by counsel of new 
        date.
   Misdemeanor Trials:  Monday & Friday 9AM
     Continuance same as Felony

TRAFFIC
   Bond Hearings:  Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 10AM
   Felony Preliminary Hearings:  Thursday 1PM
     Contact the Commonwealth Attorney's office for continuance 
        date;

Continuance Policy

CIVIL: First continuance granted by judge on agreement by all parties. Letter to be submitted by plaintiff or plaintiff's counsel. TRAFFIC/CRIMINAL: The clerk's office may grant a one-time continuance of prepayable offenses to the involved officer's next court date. Felonies and misdemeanors can only be continued by contacting the Commonwealth Attorney's office.
